He fixed our home dishwasher when the main control board failed, fixed a double oven at our church and yesterday fixed our home refrigerator /freezer. Each time the service has been outstanding, reasonably priced and done by knowledgeable professionals.Dustin himself did most of the work on the earlier calls. Yesterday Brett fixed our refrigerator/freezer. He did an outstanding job and worked tirelessly to make sure it was working perfectly by the tie he left at 9:30p. "The repair was straight forward but unfortunately the replacement timer was defective. This unit was in a rental unit and my tenant lost much of the food in the refrigerator a second time. Because this happened within the warranty given to me, they promptly came and replaced the timer again. My tenant started to monitor the refrigerator which was good since this second timer was also defective, but again they sent a technician and replaced it with no charge. Although this was very upsetting to have it happen multiple times, it was their replacement parts not their labor that was at fault. There were no additional charges. <br />"
