"Outstanding Service!! Had extended warranty on my LG refrigerator. First company came out to diagnose, didn t keep parts on hand and had to order compressor. Two weeks later never heard back and they aren t answering calls or emails. LG reassigned to Quality and Sonya called right away! Wow she gets a 10 for customer service! They were out next day. Dustin did the repair and it is cooling right now. Very professional young man. In today s times you don t get customer service like this!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Jay completed a half-dozen home repair and electrical (fans, outdoor lights) installation jobs in record time. Cleaned up after each job, efficient, fun and supportive. Definitely recommend and will use again! Thanks"

"Came out the same day I called them to repair refrigerator - very reasonable cost of repair - courteous and customer satisfaction oriented"

"The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.

"My oven was fixed in a timely fashion. The service person was very knowledgable."

"This company provided this service for us to rectify a poorly handled warranty repair of our HVAC system. We were very impressed with their responsiveness to resolve our dissatisfaction and I attempted to edit my review but was unable to do so. Their technician was professional and very competent- they did an excellent job and we will continue to utilize them for all our HVAC needs due to their handling of our complaint."
