All about doing it rich this second to get this or that discount, and really putting the fear of God in me about things breaking down, and how they'll replace them no questions asked (I don't believe that for a minute). A really hard sale, and it was at least $2000 over everyone else, and generally $3000 more for a small house just needing 3 units. That's why they can offer the replacement units. But I'd rather buy an insurance package for $400 or some such thing.
