I got a wild hair to call someone last week to immediately address my problem deck because I have an appraisal this week.  I called three providers and Josh was the quickest to respond.  The other two were booked, which is understandable because it is summer.  Josh returned my call within the day and I was impressed by his pleasant phone manner.  We began communicating frequently through text message, which was very quick and convenient.  I contacted Josh on a Friday, we texted on Saturday, and agreed on Monday afternoon for my project.  I was very impressed by his responsiveness. 

He was very clear in his communication and quoted me $600, which I was willing to pay in light of his ability to do the job so efficiently.  He also honored his Angie's List coupon and took my credit card, which I preferred.  He came with a crew earlier than scheduled Monday and finished before I got home from work.  It was nice to relax after work with my eyesore gone.  They worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves.  They even hauled the old decking away, which I am grateful for.  You cannot assume that a contractor will provide that service.  I will definitely have Josh back soon to work on a decking project.
