I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. "In order to get the best company I possibly could, I interviewed at least 5-6 companies over 4 months to get estimates and to gauge how well the company responded back to me. I had such bad experiences getting estimates, as some of the bigger names took over a month and some of them would just ignore my calls. I found 4-ever water-tite through my local newspaper and decided to give one more company another chance.  
  Jeff came out and we went over all the things I wanted remodeled and within 4 days, I received an estimate. I was pretty nervous, because there was a lot of things that needed to be torn out including 4 layers of kitchen flooring , all the old cabinets, the door way to the kitchen had to be moved over a couple inches to fit the new cabinets, plumbing leakage, new drywall and lighting. The bathroom needed a new vanity, new medicine cabinets, new lighting, painting and new exhaust fan. There was a plastic barrier placed between the kitchen door and living room to prevent dust from traveling to the living area and before they left for the day, the area they worked on was vacuumed.  I felt very comfortable with the two main guys that worked on my house- Jeff and Chuck. They reassured me along the way and made sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing. I would like to thank Jeff and Chuck for all the hard work they put into my home and for giving me a great looking kitchen and bathroom."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Paul and Jared worked really hard all day!  They first did a thorough cleaning of both bathrooms and then did the specialty grout work.  Super clean!  Paul made sure that I was happy with color seal color before he started my son's countertop.  Paul also pointed out an area of potential water damage and assured us that with the work he was doing, we would not have issues.  I love how both bathrooms look.  My son's bathroom, especially, looks 100% better...I don't have to remodel it now! 
I was concerned at first that it was taking both guys so long to do the work.  However, when I saw the quality of the work, I realized that these two take pride in their work and do it right.  I found them to be nice and professional.  Nice to see!
Dave, the owner, was very professional, timely, and helpful.  He took the time to research the ingredients in his products to make sure that I was not allergic to any of the ingredients.  He also took videos on his I-Phone of the two bathrooms to serve as working guides.  I thought that this was a great idea...clearly captured the work that needed to be done.
