Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

They worked with my insurance company and in a matter of days, I received approval from my insurance. From that point on, it was smooth experience. "Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."
