"My husband and I hired Geezer to do a bathroom remodel. The end result is a beautiful, high end, quality master bathroom which we love. Geezer is friendly and trustworthy to be in our home with his crew while away at work. He kept our adjoining bedroom as free from dust and debris as much possible and even dusted the furniture. He kept to his timeline. He offered suggestions and options to help with our decision-making process. One of the best decisions we made was to go ahead with a heated tile floor. We needed a heat source and though this was a more expensive option, itâ s been wonderful. His tile setter did a great job. We have only one caveat to share with any prospective clients. And that is to be sure to have Geezer provide you with an estimate of the cost of the materials that you are supposed to supply BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. We had the original estimate for the project. He told there would be some incidental supplies (electrical/plumbing, etc.) that we would need to supply in addition to the estimated project. We assumed these would amount to a few hundred dollars. These supplies turned into approximately $2000. So be sure to get a list with approximated cost of supplies so there are no surprises after youâ ve signed the contract."

"Rubin came out to look at the job and discussed an additional job I was considering. He did not send the estimate for the second job, but then did communicate the information to me when he came out to do the first job. Rubin was very professional, personable and a clear communicator. I had purchased and Angie Big Deal of three hours for $99 dollars expecting the job would require an additional 1-2 hours. His estimate and final price came out about what I expected. His work was very good. I will have him back to do the second job of refinishing the walls in the bathroom."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
