"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Alexander Medina is a scammer. He diagnosed my motherboard needed replacement on my dryer and then when he supplied an estimate he changed the price by $195. then said to clean ducts extra $195 and an extra $70 to clean dryer?.. Said he will not do it for the original price. Switch and bait pricing it was. So charged me for diagnostic of $100 and I found a reputable company to fix it and they said what he was pricing didn't need to be replaced."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"We purchased a new to us dryer and it wasn't drying well and there was a bad smell. the repair person said it was probably a bad vent. We called Jose and he came and cleaned out the vent in a timely fashion. The drying time improved but there was still a bad smell when we used the dryer. We had the appliance guy come back and he couldn't find anything wrong. We called Jose again and he returned and said there was nothing wrong in the vent. as he looked further into the problem he said that the problem was in the plug and we needed an electrician. He was spot on with his diagnosis. If Jose hadn't discovered the problem we could have had a serious fire. We are impressed with AAA Vent Cleaning and Appliance Repair and recommend them highly"
