"Our project involved closing up a framed opening in one wall and making framed opening in another wall, plus demolition of some mirrors and patching various areas of drywall in a remodel of a condo on the river in downtown Fort Myers. Throughout the entire project Trace : was a true professional at all times - provided excellent communications - delivered quality workmanship while also making productive use of time on the project - performed when he stated he would - followed up promptly to our calls and/or texts - and he made sure work was completed as promised. "I initially sent him an email after viewing his website and Angie's List customer reviews.  He responded via email within two hours, asked for some door details which I provided, then he called me later that same day to set up an appointment.  He gave me an approximate appt time and then called me on the day of the appt to tell me he was on his way and arrived within the time frame he had originally given me.
He was very personable, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful with future maintenance suggestions that I can do to prevent door problems.  He charged me $10.00 less than his estimate because he didn't need to perform one function that he thought he would have to do.  That says a lot about his honesty. 
I will definitely call him again if I have further problems and can recommend him to others without reservation.

"A and D Cabinets did a wonderful job in my kitchen. The cabinets were ordered and at the house before we found A and D Cabinets. We only wish we knew of them before since they also provide their own cabinets and we had an issue with a cabinet we had, but they addressed the issue anyway to make it right. They were meticulous, professional and pleasant. Everything was completed to our total satisfaction. Highly recommend!"

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"
