"Very professional and polite installer"

"Installers did a great job when I needed a new a/c unit. Thanks to advisor Mark who set up the installation schedule in 1 day after no a/c and arrange for me to have temporary a/c. They were professional, courteous and respectful."

"I needed to replace a central A/C unit and requested quotes from several contractors. Paul at Polar Bear was very quick to respond and to come out and provide a quote. His quote was significantly lower than all of the other quotes that I received. When I called the other contractors back to let them know that their quote was significantly higher than the best quote that I got, they adjusted their quotes and still were significantly more expensive than Polar Bear. Installation was done promptly, just in time for a heat wave. Overall very satisfied."

"Everything went very well, everyone from the salesman to the office to the installers were professional and pleasant. Definitely will be using their company again."

"Reasonable prices, efficiency, courtesy, checked roof unit (condo), and repaired leak proficiently. Found this company cared enough that the owners both called to advise me that their tech, Zach, was on the way. This issue happened on a Saturday evening and the prompt response relieved my stress. They are now my A/C go to company. I will refer them to everyone."
