"From customer service to installation, ALL were timely and on point. The work is expensive, however it is done on time. I only have one complaint in that when they added gutter, gutter covers, new soffit, they did NOT replace the old UGLY face plate, and for the cost, that is disappointing. This shouldn t have even been questioned. And when asked the installer said that because it wasn t unusable, it was put back up, and it could be painted. Despite the fact that it has holes in it and doesn t match the NEW faceplate it connects to. It s ugly. Yet, the installers were professional, efficient and timely. I would recommend the work...keeping an eye on the small details."

"This company is pretty busy and it is understandable considering the reviews here on Angie's List and referrals from my neighbors. My first contact for a quote was the beginning of August and I was told they may not be able to install the gutters until the first week in October. They were able to move the installation date up to the third week in September, but I wanted to get my fascia and soffit power washed prior to installation. Absolute was very accommodating and moved the installation date out a week. Communicating with Absolute is also a pleasure. Rather than calling them and possibly being stuck on hold, they mostly communicate via email and they are very responsive. All scheduling was done by email.
The two installers (not good at remembering names) showed up as scheduled and due to heavy Florida rain were unable to finish that afternoon. They finished up the next morning. Installers were excellent workers and the job was done in a very professional manner and left the area around my house spotless. Gutters look absolutely great and the color match to my fascia and soffit couldn't be better. Hasn't rained since they were installed, but I am sure they will be tested for leaks in the next couple of days. Would definitely recommend Absolute Aluminum and I will be calling their sister company for hurricane shutters for 3 doors at my house.
