"Reached out to Bob after reading several reviews and am so happy I did. I had a relentless squirrel problem and Bob came out, diagnosed all possible entrances and addressed the issues. He even came back a few days later to ensure roof vents wouldn’t become another entrance for them. He informed us of what to expect and as of now, looks like our unwelcomed guests have all left. I feel at ease knowing that if they happen to find their way back he will come out with no additional expense. The cost was higher than home advisor estimated but I am happy I went with them! "they didnt burn the house, but I was ready to... I talked to Karen and she had someone come out the next day, and apologized for not being able to come sooner. So I was so happy to see the tech come on time and ready to kick butt, after a night of being a cursing and scratching all you can eat buffet. Anyways, the tech pretty much, nuked the house and drowned the little buggers, hitting everything. Then he went outside and raised three kinds of **** with the local vermin, making my yard a Chernobyl death zone, much to my delight. "Chuck sure knows his stuff...learned the business from his dad as a kid and has been doing it ever since. He explained very thoroughly what he and his team would do, which they did. They will come later to set traps to get the renegade ground squirrels that have been making Swiss cheese of my lawn. Although there are still a couple chipmunks, the population in my yards has diminshed."
