"Replaced my Gas Hot Water Heater, It was not an emergency repair/replacement. The Plumber arrived right on time as I was given a 10:00 am too 1:00 pm timeframe. I received a call at around 9:30 am from the company saying the technician would be there in about an hour. He arrived around 10:15 as I recall. He was very knowledgeable about water heaters etc. Perfect Installation."

"Mathew was excellent! He immediately diagnosed and fixed an issue with the way new Rheem Water Heaters react to well water. Charlotte Plumbing did a great install as well yet not sure of his name. Have used them in past and wouldn't use anyone else!"

"Called a little early for me, but arrived at appointment time. Knew exactly what the problem was with my well pump. Problem was taken care of in a short amount of time without having to replace my well pump, which other services had pretty much told me over the phone â  itâ  s a bad pumpâ  . Very happy with Mikeâ  s service & knowledge . Would definitely hire him again & refer to friends."
