"Overall, Dave did a good job. I felt that the walk through the house was thorough, and that he did pay close attention to details. He provided me with good information on the home as we walked through it. I was not as impressed with the report itself. It was a bit difficult to understand and not very homeowner friendly. I was also hoping for some price ideas for some of the repairs, which I did not get. His email correspondence could have been a bit more professional also. So, he is a very good and thorough home inspector, however the finished product could be better.

"Manga Dry is excellent. Their employees are courteous and very professional. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!!"

"A two-man team worked very efficiently to remove each vent cover and vacuum inside the vent openings throughout the townhouse. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods. This company did a superficial cleaning and worked very quickly. In and out within an hour.

"We were very pleased when we called Go Green Express during a heat wave. The company who usually services our equipment wouldn't call back as they were too busy, even though we were regular customers. Over the phone, Go Green helped diagnose the problem so the tech could arrive with the correct part. The technician, Jameson, arrived and was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The office called and confirmed our appointment and got someone out quickly, even though we were not regular customers. We would absolutely use them again."

"Marino's Water Works was great on a crazy snowy Saturday afternoon (3 feet of snow on the ground, more coming down) when our water pump stopped working. Answered our call immediately, arrived at our house within an hour, fixed the problem (a lightning strike had incapacitated the pump, requiring soldering wires and then flipping the circuit breakers). What a relief! Getting out of our driveway proved a terrible challenge -- ice and snow on a sloping curve -- but we figured it out together with a tremendous amount of good humor and calm. We recommend them HIGHLY."
