He did not try to rush into pressured business dealings but, instead, spent quality time listening attentively to our needs and thoroughly inspecting our roof, before engaging us in a more informative discussion about our project. "The crew arrived at 8:30am. They put tarps over my foundation flowerbeds. by 9:00am, old roofing materials were being dropped onto the tarps. Some fo the workers bundled the shingles and hand-carried to the roof edge, refuse-trailer was parked. The old shingles were dropped into the refuse-trailer. By 10:30am, the tarps were rolled up and taken to the refuse-trailer in wheelbarrows so as not damage my front lawn's septic field. by 11:00am, workers were inspecting my yard for stray roofing, picking them up by hand. A large flatbed truck arrived by 11:35am, loaded with my new roofing materials. After the materials were off-loaded, the workers set up ladders, and hand-carried everything to the roof. After that was completed, a small generator was set up for air nailers, and they began installation of my new roof. By 4:00pm, they began the final cleanup. Trash was picked up and put into the refuse-trailer. By 5:00pm, the work was done. A last-minute inspection got rid of some leftover trash. The man leaf-blowing debris, even cleaned out my gutter! And before they took down all of the ladders, they even put my disconnected downspout back together! At 5:09pm, the refuse-trailer was covered, re-connected to the truck that brought it, and driven away. The roofing crew left at 5:25pm, but not before I thanked them. I told them how much I appreciated their hard work, and appreciated them taking time to re-connect my gutter's downspout as they completed their inspection of my yard."

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Expect there to be some waist in the yard. No mater who you hire or what they promise. It is impossible to get it all."
