"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. "Impressed! Johnathan and Gio were so professional, courteous, and sympathetic to our situation. I had the unfortunate experience of a root intrusion in my sewage drain and these guys made it right! They worked hard and made sure we still had use of bathrooms during the project. It wasn't the cheapest but when I saw the skill level everyday, I believe I got what I paid for and this isn't something you want to be cheap on when its under the slab! "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. Complete Professionals!  They bailed us out from another plumber  that left front sewer pipe not connected to house!  Cleaned up mess, fixed problem.  Cleared two major blockages between yard and city sewer line, and installed perma-liner.  Carlos' expertise and Albert and Calvin all were especially fantastic - they were hard working, super professional and Albert and Calvin did a great clean up at the end of a very long day. Others  who also came from Pioneer were professional and did a great job.  Left us a video of how the pipe looked inside afterwards, all the way to city sewer.  Three words - expertise, professional, hard working, (okay four words) - that says it all.  Recommend them highly and we will use them in the future for any plumbing repairs.

"They initially re-plumbed our entire house years ago so we are still under a service contract with them. They do excellent work. We have had no problems with them. They were very professional. There were only about two of them here at a time and they come do whatever they have to do and then, the construction crew came in after them and did what they had to do.
