Their price was competitive with the other two, but their communication and follow through set them apart . They were also able to measure, fabricate and install with outstanding quality, all within a few days. Others told us it would take two weeks. I am an architect and this was an installation for my own home, so i was vey particular about the details. Moshe came out to measure and then put me in contact with David to answer some follow up questions that I had. David was detail oriented and answered all of my questions and was willing to work back and forth with me via phone and text to resolve details and scheduling. "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... "Eran came on time gave me a reasonable price proposal and even offered to fix the crack in my marble counter in my master bath at no additional charge when I mentoined it needed some help at the end of our conversation! On the day, he and his crew arrived on time and were careful when they moved a my dining table and other furniture items. Eran stayed with his team and the job went smoothly and in fact they finished a couple of hours early. I lhad to leave before they had finished, and when I returned they were gone,  all the furniture was placed back in tis original locations, everything was cleaned of any dust. The floors and grouting were all perfect and looked great. I will def use this company again. Highly recommend!

In the end we ended up not having them do the work, but only because we found a friend in the business who gave us an unbeatable price.  I should say that while our friend was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received that BNS DID offer to match the price (which i know was a great deal).  In this case, the loyalty to the friend one the bid, but otherwise BNS would have definitely had the job.  I've kept these guys on my Rolodex so to speak.
