The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! (rare these days) As with any large job there will be things you notice a week or two later that need to be touched up. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Miguel knew exactly what the problem was for our outdoor electrical outlets and replaced GFI units for outdoor and indoor patio outlets. That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I highly recommend Cancun Construction if you have a project that needs to be completed. You will be glad you did."
