"Outstanding and Professional! Chris called me a few minutes of submitting my request. He provided an estimate after I sent him a photo of the broken elbow. Even though he was already committed to work in the city the next day, he told me he would come over as soon as he finished there. When he arrived, he quickly fixed the reported broken elbow. However, he also discovered two more broken copper pipes, some of them hidden behind the drywall. The scope of the repair ended up being well beyond the original estimate and required more time to locate and fix all the damaged pipes. It was already late in the evening, but Chris worked tirelessly until every broken pipe was repaired. During the repair, Chris also noticed a gas leak in our gas dryer, which he immediately fixed. This leak could have led to a serious disaster for our family. We are grateful he fixed it. Chris went above and beyond for us. I will hire him again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber."

"I called RDS to get a quote to install a bathroom faucet. I received a call back the same day and spoke to Rich. He gave me a reasonable quote for the faucet and two other installations. I also asked Rich if he could come a day earlier than I originally scheduled. He said yes and quickly adjusted his schedule and arrived on time a day earlier. My husband and I a happy with the excellent work Rich did with our repairs. He was knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate his great customer service as well. "They proved to be the best of the best. Very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and hard working. We loved them, are very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Exceptional work. The job entailed replacing the bathroom vanity. While some others from this list either quoted a price for the work over the phone without even seeing the job, only one other contractor came and provided a quote. However Elite Piping was significantly different, as they pointed out that due to age, there may be problems with the pipes leading to the sink and the job could be move complicated, which it turned out to be. We told them we had picked out a vanity, but upon removal of the old unit, they told us that the one we chose would not be practical and suggested anther style.. They even took us to the supplier, picked up and delivered the new vanity and necessary accessories. No one has ever done that. They finished the job same day. By what they did , the ended up saving us a lot of money."

"My appointment was between 10 to 12 and Derick showed up at 11 after purchasing some parts. He did everything by 1:30 PM and left by 2 PM. He worked on two replacements of pipes one he installed a knob and the other he replaced and installed new pipes. he assessed the surrounding pipes to see if there are any other damages. His work was thorough and very polite. I am having him come back to do the corrosions that we found. The price was a little bit more than I expected but worth the price."

"Lou immediately responded to my e-mail inquiry about replacing our badly leaking kitchen faucet. He came to our house a few hours later and let me know our under-sink water connections were a mess, which I already knew. He gave me an estimate and said he could complete the job immediately. I went out to pick out a new faucet while Lou went to work replacing all four shutoff valves. After the new faucet was installed the water was turned on but the new faucet was defective and leaked internally! Lou then had to remove the faucet when I went to buy another one, which Lou hooked up again and which happily worked fine. No doubt the defective faucet had Lou wasting an hour of his time, but he said never leaves a job unless it is perfect. It wasnâ t his fault the new faucet was defective, but he didnâ t complain. I definitely would use Lou for future plumbing needs."
