"I needed to have this project done and Ben Franklin was the first one to contact me. There was one other company who contacted me and I thought he was going to put in a quote, but he didn’t show up. Ben Franklin fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner and now it’s an insurance issue because of the water damage."

A broken outdoor faucet led to a cracked pipe and water leaking inside my home, forcing me to shut off the water at the well on a Saturday night. After three other companies couldn't send a technician until the next morning, I contacted Modern Plumbing. Their representative was reassuring and helpful, confirming they could address the issue that evening. Following contact with a representative, a plumbing technician, Tyler, promptly contacted me and arrived within 20 minutes to address a leaking pipe and a broken faucet. Tyler expertly repaired the faucet and replaced the damaged pipe, completing the work efficiently and effectively. "I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. It is priceless and I am forever grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend you call them for any clogging disruption you are experiencing in your home. You will be so happy you did."

"Took us four days to get an appointment for Total Comfort to fix our air conditioning unit in this incredible heat of an average of 88 - 93 per day. Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. Not only will they be here but texted me the info! Total Comfort kiss our 15 year old relationship goodbye! And Jason, you need to up your game."
