When one of the appliances did not fit, they took it back, no questions asked and worked hard to get the replacement appliance the next day, so our kitchen remodel would not be delayed. They spent a lot of time with me making sure the second appliance would not cause any more issues and then called me back once it was installed just to make sure everything was ok. Prices were comparable to any big home improvement store. I'd definitely go back to them for any other appliances I buy."

Jason, the owner was extremely knowledgeable, and I was able to schedule a service visit in a timely manner. The technician who came was very thorough; he carefully inspected her kitchen and crawl space. He was able determined there was no leak, that her problem was sugar and not moisture ants (thank goodness), and recommended several ways to get rid of them. Overall, I found 24/7 Flood & Fire to be very knowledgeable, professional and timely."

"An appointment was available within 4 days. Service tech showed up when scheduled and repaired the washer. No parts or return visit required. Peninsula's pricing is very reasonable with a FLAT rate of $120 + parts + wsst. The labor charge is the same regardless of how long the repair takes or how many visits. This the opposite of any previous appliance repair experience where the labor cost and trip charges end up costing as much as a replacement appliance. My only hope is that they expand beyond washers and dryers for the next time I need something repaired."
