They placed a screw where the downspout disconnected and also secured the lower section with an additional gutter downspout strap. "On scheduled day, got a evening email telling me it was too dark to do the work so had to reschedule. Not a lot of communication, but the next date was set and everything worked out. When they arrived, the gentleman informed me they also install gutters. We agreed on a price and they came out the next week and did the job. Only took a couple of hours and they cleaned the old stuff out and hauled it away. So far, looks pretty nice."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!
