"We found Frank on craigslist and I did a lot of homework before we decided on him. He promptly came out for an initial estimate.
He could have not have been any more understanding or nicer. He listen to what we needed and then gave me several different options.
No pressure sale B.S. He knows his stuff inside and out.
Gave a deposit and a week later the work was done. Everything looks great.
Only time will tell about the unit but Frank has made a customer for life.
I never write these reviews but felt that the negative review he already had did not warrant his
overall services.

"My experience with PK Mechanical was outstanding. I called PK Mechanical and the owner came out that very afternoon and performed a thorough inspection and serviced the AC unit. The unit needed a replacement part which PK ordered immediately and installed when it arrived a week later.
