I was greeted with a polite smile along with a pleasant and professional attitude by him. After, we discussed several job projects (trash can area , circular high rise centerpiece for front yard, walkway to mailbox, enclosed wall around fire pit, and a L-Shaped wall to house a grill on the outside patio) I was pleased with our conversation especially after he showed photos of their work, the job comes with a 1 year warranty, and reassuring the work would be done in a timely manner. "It went extremely well. The team that came out to build the canopies were extremely diligent and worked very hard to give that professional accuracy and feeling of complete integration to the house.
