"We had two other companies assess the exterior trim work needed and give us estimates. This company had the most reasonable price for the project. They also saw other issues to be addressed that we had not noticed. Mauricio was very responsive and he and his team did a great job! They worked with our schedule. We will definitely keep them in mind for future projects."

"I contacted Reliable Handyman Services for a variety of projects we needed completed before we had our home painted. He arrived on time and got right to work. I had a list of projects and he proceeded to complete them wasting no time and completing them in a very efficient manner. One of the projects was the instillation of a dog door which was not completed the first day because a part was needed. He returned as soon as the part was available and completed the job. CW was friendly and efficient. We could not have asked for a better person to work with. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

"It went extremely well. I called Jason, owner of the company, to schedule the appointment. He was able to schedule my condo in less than a week. Michael was the man that was assigned to us. He called exactly at 8:00 a.m. to tell me he would be 15 minutes late. He arrived exactly 15 minutes later. Michael was totally professional, friendly and efficient. He went through my list repairing each item. He even went above and beyond what was on my list by repairing things I had not included. I asked him to use caulk to fill a hold on the rear of my bathroom counter. He noticed that the caulk on both sides of the counter needed extra caulk so he went ahead and completed the work. When fixing the window Michael noticed that the window shade did not go up properly. He removed the shade and fixed it so it would work properly."

"Our experience with Dawayne was a very good one. He did an excellent job refinishing a 54 year old hardwood floor. He was able to be on the jobsite within a few days of being hired and did the work efficiently. We would work with him again."

"Michael did a great job. He not only removed the debris from the gutters and downspouts, but he made minor repairs as he discovered the need. He checked with me first and told me if there would be any additional cost. He and his helper are gentlemen. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I am sure I will use this service again."

"Chris (owner) is always friendly, very punctual, and is extremely conscious of the quality of the work he performs (he treats your home as if it is his own). Chris power washed the complete exterior of my home (all vinyl siding) with a bleach activated cleaner for $250, and he power washed my deck and applied 2-3 coats of TWP Pecan stain to my cedar deck, which is approximately 400 sq ft with sunburst spindles all around it, for $550.
I have been using Chris since I found his A-rated business on Angie's List in 2009. Even though I call him annually, he'll inspect my deck and sometimes tells me I can wait another year before re-staining (he has done this a couple of times over the past several years). Chris is very honest; he only performs his work if he thinks you really need it. He hasn't raised his prices to me since I first contacted him in 2009; he said as long as I keep calling him back each year, he'll keep this prices constant for me.
I highly recommend Chris and his business to others.  I'd rate him an A+ if Angie's List would allow me!
