He recommended cutting a big portion so the tile could be repaired if it broke but I would need a tile person to come in and fill in the tile. When he heard it was my only bathroom he figured that he could pull the dishwasher in the kitchen and do the installation of faucet and shower head from the back wall without disturbing any of the tile. Even though he was more expensive I appreciated his problem solving and who knows how expensive it would have been to deal with damaged tile that was impossible to match? I am pleased with the results. My only criticism is that it was discovered there had been a mouse infestation behind and beneath the dishwasher and he charged me a large sum to clean that up. I did it because I didn’t want to stop the project but it seemed like $350 was a lot to charge me for that. "

The following day it was restricted again, but they came out the same day, and removed more debris for no charge, calling it warranty service. Impressed. Will call again."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
