"We just had our new Moisture Shield composite deck installed by The Deck & Patio Company and couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, this company is five star. From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). These gentlemen cared about their work and it showed in their craftmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend The Deck & Patio Company for your outdoor needs. They are a well-oiled machine and the entire process was smooth and painless. We would hire them again for future projects."

In addition to replacing all the rotted wood, I had him wash and repaint the garage and house to look like it did when I first owned the house. "We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"<p>I am a huge stickler regarding communication. From the first contact to have someone out to bid a job, through-out the job, and when it is finished. If i have to chase information, things are already starting out poorly. I had no such problem with Chris from Frazier's Home Repair. He was on time for our appointment to look at the job, he had a bid ready when he said he would, and was quick to answer any questions I had, sometimes even after hours when I didn't expect a response until the following business day. <br> <br> Day 1 of the job, Chris and his team arrived early in the morning, we discussed the timeline and what phases would be accomplished on what days. He went over all the aspects of the work with his subs and helpers, and got everyone to work. He also pointed out that if we had a problem with the dimensions of the cabinet taking the oven size (it was going to be close!), how he would resolve it, and what extra efforts/cost to expect if we had to go that route. He went out of his way to accommodate keeping power on as much as possible since I was working remotely from home that day. Everything went well that day. The only hitch was my wife noticed the new drawer wasn't quite as deep as we expected. I took a picture and sent it to Chris that night just to ask about it. One look at the picture and Chris had an immediate answer that night "You're right, that will be rebuilt tomorrow to meet the specs."<br> <br> Day 2: Crew was on time and got to it. I had a friend staying here to watch after things while i was at work. I got constant updates of how everything was progressing, and it sounded like there were no problems. I came home that evening to my brand new ovens installed, everything worked without a hitch.<br> <br> Chris wasn't the highest bid, and he wasn't the lowest, but he was exactly what we needed. The job was done on time, I was kept informed, there were no surprises, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and keeping the wood dust from the cabinet work to a minimum. All in all, i'm not sure how this project could have gone any better. We look forward to having Chris back when we're ready to tackle phase 2 with the range and vent!</p>"

"I highly recommend Matt and his team. Kind and courteous before you get to his knowledge and skills! He drives his team to meet rigorous standards. They work hard and put in long hours. Our build met lots if "hiccups" where required underpinning had not been done to the patio. Matt did not just carry on, everything was strengthened and put right before he allowed his team to continue with the build. Most impressed. Matt built us a large covered patio with cedar posts and beams, cathedral ceiling all in oiled pine, wall with a stable door shipped specifically from England, Austin stone fireplace with cedar beam and large gas fire place, grills, BBQ, sink, refrigeration etc all with granite tops and splashback, granite shelf atop of the pony walls surrounding the BBQ area and finished with a beautiful Travertine floor. The existing roof came off and Matt took the asphalt tiles off back to the house and replaced them all to ensure quality continuity to the aesthetics of the build Do not be put off by the company name, there is nothing "Budget" about them! Highly skilled, high quality work from a very knowledgeable young builder at a very fair price! I am so very glad Matt is young, it means he will be my builder of choice for years to come. "Kraig was great! I needed some sheet rock repair and some other things done due to the storm. I had pipes burst in my attic and under the kitchen sink. He replaced sheet rock, hung some new lighting fixtures, and installed a new bottom to the cabinet under my kitchen sink. There was a little damage to my hard wood floors so he fixed that as well. It all turned out so well that I even had him resurface my fireplace. It looks beautiful! Next he is installing a French drain in my backyard. He was courteous and professional and made sure to leave my home as clean as possible at the end of each workday. Obviously I will hire him again as I already have!"
