UPDATE (08/13/2015): I think it was more of a misunderstanding of how much electrical work he is able to do vs. what needed to be done. He is not an electrician. Once we spoke we were able to get a much better understanding of the issue."

In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows.
