I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That's the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough."

Angel’s forward-thinking came even more into focus near the end when he asked if I would like them to leave the anchors in place on the steep portions of our roof so that the solar installers would not need to install their own next month.
