"Sarai and Ivan and their team did a great job on the house. The house is old (1950) and have been neglected. It requires a lot of efforts to bring it back to life. Ivan and his team spent over a week washing, scraping, filling, sanding and re-glazing all the windows (they are in very bad shape). It was a tedious and painstaking detail work which their team took extra care to do a great job. Sarai was prompt answering all my questions and explaining the whole process.
