His inspection was thorough and he explained the situation so we could easily understand what was happening and what we needed to do to repair it. He and his crew then did a very thorough job repairing our concrete foundation that had cracked and was sinking due to problems with the subsoil, as well as leveling the concrete slab in our basement. He took care not to damage our property, and even maneuvered his equipment under our deck so we didn't have to remove it to complete the repair. "I called at 8pm on Friday he was here 7:30am Saturday morning. We moved in and found out our well was no good and that we needed a new septic system. Plus some work inside that we knew about. We called a few places just to get prices because a lot of companies try to take advantage of people our age and when I tell you he showed up gave a price a lot less than what the other companies gave and told us what needed to be done not what he wanted to do unlike the other places. "Mike did a great job fixing my chimney and replacing some of the bricks. He also waterproofed the whole thing. While he was up there he noticed a crack in the inside liner. He fixed that also. He showed me all the work before and after using a drone. Did a great job and didn’t have to wait long to get it done. He also fixed all the caps on my stone wall that had come loose. Everything looks great. May have a leak in the roof and if so will certainly hire him again."
