The success of this project was very much due to Claudio's remodeling expertise, project management skills, attention to detail, and his excellent relationships with his subcontractors and me. Problems and requests for change or additional work do not bother him. He handles people well and is always cheerful, polite, and full of solutions to get the homeowner what they want. The work was completed within the project budget, allowing for extra costs due to changes I wanted while the work was ongoing. In short, I would certainly hire Claudio again for a big remodeling project. What more can I say?"
