"Highly recommend Stephen. I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain despite using a plunger, Drain-O, a 25' snake, and everything I could think of using. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"I had a furnace replaced and a on-demand water heating system installed. They were prompt and able to schedule the job quickly and the install took two days (one day for the furnace and a second day for the on-demand hot water system). They did a great job on the install. There was some confusion on the free installation of a thermostat and took several calls afterwards to get it put in. My one grip is they left the old units in the basement after stating they would be back to pick these up as there was no room in the service van to do so. After several calls they stated they outsource this to a third party and that this third party would contact me, but they never have. Will update the review once the old units are removed."

Roland provided an informed and honest assessment of what needed to be done to make our kitchen cabinet doors function properly - no more, no less.  Rather than replace all the hinges as I thought might be required, he replaced only one set and repaired or adjusted all the others so that all the doors are now stable and open and close as they should..  As this minimized the cost of the job, I greatly appreciated his professional integrity.  When it came to payment for his services, he even took $25 off his stated estimate because of a small, hardly noticeable, flaw in one of the repairs. 

As for the outdoor light fixture mounted above the garage door, he located one that blended nicely with the style of our home.  Further, the new fixture features easier access to the bulb when it needs replacement than the one that was original to the house, a problem that led to the globe being broken. 

Roland is pleasant to deal with and clearly knows his trade.  I will contact him again without hesitation if and when other issues arise.
