"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"I was scheduled for service, by very polite office staff, for the next day during a time window that suited my routine. The next morning their service man arrived on time and was courteous and performed the cleaning in a professional manner going that extra mile when needed. Since I am in a wheel chair some things had to be moved out of the way or worked around in order to complete the job. Even though, he did not have to, he chose to move the articles and did the job right way so I was impressed with his work ethic. "They advertise cleaning, polishing, and waxing. All he did was go over the floors with a microfiber mop. After he was finished, I pointed out many areas that were still spotted. After he left, I had to go over many areas with a damp rag. For the price of $254, I would never use them again. I thought he would at least buff the floors when he was finished. Nope. All around, it was a terrible job."

"Two technicians arrived on time and had me show them all areas that were to be cleaned, and then got right to work.  There was approximately 600 sq ft of carpeting in the basement and 27 stairs plus 2 landings to be cleaned.  I also needed the tile and grout cleaned in 3 bathrooms. The carpeting had a large stain from a spilled bottle of fabric softener, and I was advised that it might be difficult to remove.However, they were able to remove it totally, and I was very pleased.  They also did a nice job on the bathroom tile.  The grout in my bathrooms is light and can be difficult to clean, but it looks much better now.  He also suggested I have the tile and grout cleaned every 2-3 years which I intend to do. <br />"

"I called them and they got back to me. It wasn't a cost issue from them; it was a cost issue on whether I wanted to spend the money on this rug. Their estimate was comparable to other companies. I ended up throwing the rug away. They are fine and have a good reputation locally. The rug had animal stains and it wasn't worth spending a couple of hundred dollars cleaning a $200 rug. They were responsive and their price was in the ballpark with the competition. The whole interaction was done by phone. I had no complaints with them. They were courteous and friendly and were willing to send somebody out if I needed more information. I would call them again."
