"He was very thorough and explained what was going on with my washer. My initial problem was a leak however he evaluated the washer and showed me the barrel was not stable thus it was not worth repairing."

"I have finally found an appliance repair company that is not only great with diagnostics but extremely fair to customers. Gary was able to assess our issue realizing quickly that the actual expertise we needed for fixing our frig was not in his direct wheelhouse. What did he do? He provided another contact for us that was more geared to our needs! Who does that in 2023? This is a Vey honest, vet-owned businessman. He did not even charge us for the diagnosis-again, 2023? We appreciated his help so much I sent out his number to our neighborhood! The contact he provided did indeed identify the solution. I will be calling Gary’s company in the future if only for annual service particularly important for our dryer. I found him and his company to be a total breath of fresh air for reliability, skill and total honesty! A BIG thanks to this veteran-owned company! Somehow you can just tell by their integrity!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I know him as a highly skilled and experienced professional who excels at both hands-on work and problem-solving. I highly recommend his services."

"Tim is an exceptional communicator and his work is beautiful. He put two screens on my windows and did it all even before my deadline! When/if needed, he would be the first to call for any repairs or new screens."

"Mr. Outlaw was wonderful. He worked us into his schedule. When he was on his way our electric went out from a local storm. He was very gracious and worked us into his schedule the following day. When he arrived he was very professional. He found that the motor in the washer was dead. He discussed all of our options which included that the price of the motor repair would be as much or more as a new washer. We appreciated his honesty, his friendly and professional manner. It was a very good experience. We highly recommend Mr. Outlaw's services."

"Called company and they were able to send someone out that day. Person I spoke with mentioned a $65 fee to diagnose the washer and ~$30 something to diagnose issue with dishwasher. I agreed. Tech came out on time and was able to quickly identify the issue with the washer (shocks needed to be replaced at a cost of $244). He then took a look at the dishwasher and fixed it on the spot within 5 minutes (the dishwasher was falling slightly out when you pulled out rack and he just had to raise the feet of the dishwasher). He said the cost to repair the dishwasher was $65 because there were no parts used. I thought I should be charged the ~$30 something fee. But he explained that was the policy so I reluctantly paid.
The part for the washer was to take a few days and they were able to fix the washer once the part came in. Overall, I was pleased that they were able to fix the problems promptly and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, but thought I should not have been charged so much for fixing the dishwasher, especially after I was told the service charge was $30 something for the second appliance they were to diagnose.
