"I would give Ryanâ s Oasis Pools 7 stars if I could. Ryan came out 4 times in July trying to assess the problem with the pool that I was charged with managing. The owner finally confessed the pool had not been drained and cleaned in 25 years!! Ryan said the pool was not safe. It needed to be drained and cleaned; adding more chemicals would not help. The owner refused, bought 2 chlorine floaters and a jug of black algae killer and put it in the pool. Then she called Ryan. I estimate the chemical cost for the last two months at $1,000.
