"The simple fact is that most homeowners don't really know how a roof is properly installed, and generally base their reviews on whether the person was friendly and responsive, and whether the contractor did a good job on cleanup. While those things are important, the most important thing is whether the job was done right, and for a fair price. I am an engineer, and have decades of experience in various types of construction projects, and have also re-roofed a few houses myself (when I was much younger). I ended up getting five bids for my re-roof project, and a few of the bids were way too high, one was way too low, and one was close to what the cost should have been, but was over an hour late to give the bid, and made a poor excuse for being late. Stay Dry Solutions was the last bid I received, and after talking with the owner, Luigi, for an hour or so, I could tell that he was both knowledgeable, and the type of person who wanted to do the best job possible. We scheduled the work for the next month, and he kept that scheduled start day.
