"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Wow, where to start. Delta mechanical is contracted through the Costco water heater program. I noticed one of the program brochures while shopping at Costco one day and gave them a call. They offered a number of water heater options. We chose a tankless unit and scheduled the install. One interesting thing about this company is the installers cover a very large area, so they often drive long distances between appointments, so in my experience the appointment windows are more like general guidelines than set time windows. This was challenging when I was scheduling work at a house we had just bought with no furniture yet and trying to entertain my two toddlers while waiting for the worker to arrive. At a later appointment I even found out the worker wasn't really scheduled to come even though the office said he was. In any case, that first appointment the worker did arrive and installed the water heater. He ended up working past dark installing the water heater along the outside of the house since he started so late in the day, probably due to a long drive. Anyway, I also had to come by late at night to sign the paperwork and make my payment.
As soon as my husband saw the water heater by the light of day, he could tell there were problems with the installation. We called the company. They wanted to wait until the city inspected it, but there were such obvious issues that they gave in and scheduled the installer again. Eventually the installer came and made fixes. Then we scheduled the city inspection. Inspection found five findings they still had to fix. Installer scheduled and rescheduled and made fixes. Delta paid for the additional inspection time needed. Then city inspection passed.
The water heater installer had made a large hole in the stucco of our house where he put the water heater. A really large hole, several feet high. Once the inspection passed, we got a quote from a handyman for the stucco repair. He was incredulous. Never seen anything like it. The water heater would need to be taken down and the stucco patched behind it to keep water out. Thank goodness we hadn't had any significant rain in the months between the install and that point. We communicated with Delta customer service, which was actually quite good, and they agree to pay the stucco patch cost. Return Delta installer to take down water heater. Follow with stucco patch and cure and nearly a week with no hot water. Again return a different Delta installer to put back water heater.
The real kicker came when the different Delta installer came to reinstall the water heater. I was actually annoyed at first that the main office refused to schedule the same installer from all the previous visits since he knew what was going on, but it was a blessing in disguise. The new installer saw the size of the stucco patch and was just shocked. He said he had never seen anything like it, that there was absolutely no reason to cut a hole like that. He proceeded to quickly install the water heater without any significant stucco holes.
Oh, if only he had been the installer to come out in the first place. It would have been so much easier. Overall, I have to give the customer service department kudos because they were really helpful and did pay for the repair. (Though the main customer service guy did leave the company in the middle of handling my case, not sure if that was completely a coincidence.) But seriously, they might have lost money on my install. If the company just assigned installers jobs they were qualified to do, everyone would be better served. Personally, I wouldn't chance it again with this company.
"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.
WRS

"

"I am purchasing a short sale home, and as seems to be the case, it has taken a considerable amount of time to get all the approvals. I am applying for a USDA loan which requires a 45 day closing window and once the approvals were received, I was surprised by a 30 day window to close so getting the inspections and appraisal done quickly and accurately was paramount.

My realtor recommended National Property Inspections out of Maricopa. Our Inspector, Jeff Arrellano agreed to do the inspection with very short notice. He requested that the power and water be turned the day prior to the inspection to allow any leaks or problems to surface before he began.

We met with Jeff as agreed at the property the morning of May 1st. When we arrived, Jeff had already completed the inspection, loaded the photographs he had taken into his laptop and was ready to go with the slideshow to point out the issues he had found. Jeff took the time to explain every issue from small to not so small and provided us with information as to what the consequences would be if they were not addressed. He prioritized the issues that needed to be addressed, and had the inspection report and photographs to my realtor by mid-afternoon.

What I appreciated most about Jeff, is that he was not rushed, he took his time to explain the issues I didn't fully understand and gave us an opportunity to look at the problems first hand before leaving. He obviously went to some length to get some of the photographs he did, especially in the crawl spaces looking for leaking water pipes and to ensure code compliance with electrical wiring, insulation and plumbing.

Jeff also offered to conduct a thermal imaging reading (a little extra) to determine if there were any weather stripping or insulation problems. Jeff measured heat signatures of all the windows and doors as well as the output of the air-conditioner and heater. Small problems were found that likely will be resolved by a little cleaning around the window rails.

I would absolutely call National Property Inspections again, and would ask for Jeff by name."
