"Excellent job completed. S&D Brushworks sent out a work team—consisting of Giovanni Gomez who appeared to lead the work crew, Francisco, Jeremiah, and John Skalaba. Also Wayne, one of the business’ owners, personally installed the baseboard. The workers arrived on time and totally cleaned up before leaving each day. The business gave me an estimate of 7 days to complete the work, but they finished in 6. Also the workmen cordoned off what amounted to a “small apartment” for me so that I could comfortably remain in the house without being exposed to the fumes and dust. "Replaced existing wooden privacy fences.  One section was approx. 9 feet on one side of my home and the other section measured approx. 43 feet that separates my property from my neighbors.  Received 5 estimates and HD Fence's quote came in about mid-range of all of them.  Went with HD Fence, because Joan and Allen are great people to work with.  Joan was very prompt and courteous when she returned my call.  She was able to pull my old estimate even though 8 months had passed. 
Allen is very knowledgeable and he even comes out and does a portion of the work, which is a plus to know that the owner not only oversees the work, but he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. 
One other note - Joan and Allen both were able to ease my neighbors concerns and answer all his questions with the section of fence that separates our properties. Because I live in an HOA community, the fence had to meet certain requirements.
Only bummer was that they do not offer painting services for the fence.  Not a big deal because most of the other companies I spoke with DO NOT offer painting services as well.
Would highly recommend contacting HD Fence for any fence work you may need.

"We bought a fixer upper and wanted to start remodeling immediately, before we moved in since there is no way we could have lived in the house during construction.  We used various forms of referrals to find a general contractor and after a long process we chose TerraVenti because Yaron, the owner, was very knowledgeable, professional, and had the attention to detail that we liked, compared to the others.  We had multiple meetings with Yaron, the engineer and designer until we agreed on the design and plans.  They did all the legwork, pulled all the permits and got all the approvals.   

 

When we went to view the work at the house multiple times and the crew was always working hard and supervised.  The project finished around the time of the proposed timeline. We asked for some extra work to be done, so the completion date was extended a few weeks.   

 

The scope of the project was large, but they handled it very well and they were on top of everything.  Yaron was easy to contact and communicate with, either by phone, text or email and he was always very responsive.  We appreciate Yaron and his crew and we are so grateful to have found TerraVenti.  The project was successful. We definitely recommend them!
