"I was so glad to meet Sharin.  I had asked about the Dryer Vent special.  She was sure they could make it better.  I asked about my vents because I had them cleaned about 7-8 years ago.  We had some dirt on the supply screens in the ceilings.  We have a two story home with two a/c units.  It took them two days.  They worked so hard without stoppping.  They were extremely careful and neat.  I have mold and dust mite allergies.  I truly believe in air duct cleaning.   The dryer vent -- is all better now and my hose between the dryer and wall had holes in it - so this was replaced with a shorter one as well."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
