"It went great and I left Harmond and Neli a great review on the chat survey that I wish I had copied to past here as I wrote everything I felt about the Tech and the company and it was all good. I will be using the Neli services again when any of my appliances need attention / repair. Thank You Neli."

"Excellent response and service. I've used them for several repair calls. Each time, Justin came and did the repair with no problems. Scheduling was very easy and accommodating."

"Company came and repaired my refrigerator within 3 hours of calling in the morning. They were prompt on arriving. They did not have the correct panel on their truck so they came back later in the day with part. Refrigerator repaired within the same day. Repairmen were professional and knowledgeable. They also gave me a call when they were on their way. Excellent service!"

"I rate them in middle because no work was done. The tech looked at the fridge and determined it should be fixed under warranty without any diagnostics to determine what's wrong. He just presented the bill almost immediately and that was it (no value for the money). If you have a fairly new appliance then call and see if you are covered under the warranty first."

"ABL came to repair my LG refrigerator. My freezer drawer was leaking and this had been a recurring problem since I owned it. I had LG come to repair this many times to no avail...up to the end of my extended warranty! ABL's service tech knew exactly what the problem was immediately and couldn't believe it had never been fixed! He fixed it and it's been fine ever since. Needless to say, I will recommend them and call on them again for other appliance repairs needed."
