"Angel, Service professional was outstanding! He was very professional, courteous and punctual He did an excellent job repairing my dryer. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and especially Angel as the service professional !"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Al was amazing. Knew right away what was wrong with my washer, ordered the part and before I knew it , my laundry room was back in action. Highly recommend Al"

"We (my husband and I) hired Nick from Long Acre handyman to do a couple of handyman jobs this year. One was cleaning our dryer vent. He did a great job. Then we asked him to repair a few boards on our wooden deck. He did a great job with that as well. He is professional and reliable, and does good thorough work. We are pleased customers. We will continue to hire him for handyman jobs as needed and would recommend him."

"Wonderful customer service and excellent communication! I would definitely recommend Mike to all my friends and family."

"The service was curtious and professional. The technician even repaired a problem with my washer after he finished with the dryer."

"We have a service contract with them; they do regular maintenance. They come out roughly every 6 months. It takes about an hour for them to do the inspection. Usually just one technician comes out. It is not always the same person. Usually it is a small set of people, so sometime we recognize each other and sometimes we don't. The service contract itself is somewhere between $200 and $400 for the year. I forgot the price. If other people are looking to find out what they charge it depends on the age of the unit, whether it is gas or electric or that kind of thing. I think the exact price was somewhere around $350. I even recommended them to my mom."

"Justin was extremely responsive. I called at 6pm on a Sunday night after learning my oven wasn't working and I was having 20 people for Thanksgiving in a few days. He called me back within 10 minutes of my initial call on a Sunday night! He came out the next day to diagnose the issue and when we determined fixing would not only not be possible due to having to order the part, but that also it would be costly for the part, he helped me wire the new one purchased. He was really flexible and I'm so thankful to have worked with such a great service provider. I will definitely be using him in the future!"
