"Mike arrived on time and began work immediately. He removed old wiring and installed all new wiring and conduit and repaired a few down spouts at the same time. He installed all new lights along the walkway, removed an outlet that was of no use and re-wired the entire front of the house including wall flood lights. Mike had to dig up flower beds etc. to accomplish his work and when he left you would not know he was ever there. He cleaned up the walkways and removed all trash. He kept in touch with me regarding progress. I have used them several times for non electrical issues also. Their communications system is top shelf. They always call back, confirm appointments and follow up on their work. All of their techs are professional, courteous and respectful of your property. I feel their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for all your needs."

"We highly recommend JA Drywall. They are the best contractors we have used in the South Jersey area! We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. They were response to our request for a quote, provided a clear break-down so we had full transparency of the costs and could select the amount of work we wanted to do at this time. Juan and Isaias were very friendly but professional. Isaias was onsite through the framing, drywall, trim work and door installation. Juan checked in with us regularly and visited to check the progress and quality of the work. "Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

When the work was scheduled to be performed, the installers were knowledgeable professionals, who showed up on time and worked long hours to get the work complete within the two date estimate.

The work was done with respect for my property and without undue interruptions. The installers were also very pleasant and informative.

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.

"I got three estimates before deciding to go with Impriano. Their price was in between the other two estimates, but Jack Impriano seemed more knowledgeable than the others and his estimate was more detailed. He also gave me a bid for replacement windows, which I decided not to act on at this time. The roof job was huge. I have a three-story, 6 bedroom home and it is very high. The roofing crew was very professional, the foreman's communication with me was excellent, and they cleaned up the site well each day. They had to contend with my obnoxious, next-door neighbors (who, despite ample warnings to the contrary, thought that the roofing job should be mess-free), but the crew handled the neighbor's concerns with great patience. Gutters and gutter guards were done by a second crew. I both instances, the crews showed up when expected and got the job(s) done in the amount of time allotted. They were quick to fix minor problems that arose in the process. Highly recommended!

"I called Wesley in April for an estimate  and he promply returned my call and came to the house.   His estimate was middle of the pack and we believe very fair.  We originally shot for a June date, but with all of the rain, they didn't start until July 14th and that week worked Monday - Saturday.  They returned the following week for a day or two to finish up.  His crew was here every day by 8AM and were vey professional, accommodating and skilled.  The house is large and all brick.  They painted all the window trim, soffits, front and back porches, shutters and end gables.  They power washed, repaired all of the rotted wood on shutters and porch pillars, primed and painted.  That I know of, Wesley himself was only here one day for a few minutes, but he touched base often and we were confident in the work that his crew did.  The house looks stunning and the work is near impeccable.

"Dan and his son did a great job repairing a damaged plaster wall. The wall looks new! They also removed a wall/window AC unit and installed window, complete with beautiful new trim around the window. They had to remove siding and cut through the exterior wall of the house to enlarge the opening for the new window. The finished job looks beautiful."
