"Let me start by saying this experience has led me to start writing reviews.  I have already publicly acknowledged the contractors who made this project work and those that have been courteous and reliable in other projects we have completed. <br /> Salesman was nice and knowledgeable.  <br /> The Joyce Manufacturing 4 season sunroom product and customer support is very good.  I contacted them directly when I was not getting a return call about our order.  They provide the warranty and assured me that warranty work could be arranged through other installers. <br /> Owner was totally disrespectful on the phone and was demanding final payment sent with technician on final day of work.  The technician still had many things to complete that Friday and material was laying all around.  We were requesting time to review the work over the weekend once the mess was cleared.  It was very upsetting. <br /> It's a good thing that we did as there were some uncompleted tasks and fixes that needed to be made.  A different crew was sent the following week and were very pleasant and completed the work as noted and the final check was sent back with them. <br /> Since then we found some shortcuts in the insulation underneath the room and the drywall and trim work is sub-par.  <br /> The actual Joyce structure was put together well and is a very nice addition. <br /> Poor communication - They had our deposit for a winter installation from mid December through the beginning of March when they started.  Did not return phone call requesting a start date.  Technician did not listen or communicate well during job.  We never knew when he would arrive or how much work would get done.  The deck stairs that were reconfigured were not well planned or discussed beyond a mere pointing of fingers and were not painted as was discussed where the wood was exposed.  Every conversation was a chore.  Once he found out he wasn't taking the scrap from the deck (I can build a small deck with it) it was heaped on around and on top of our fire pit. <br /> Technician stated a few times about how far it was to come down here.  Maybe they should stay more local to their area. <br /> I would never have them back."

"Mike is a true professional.  He has been doing this kind of work for a number of years and it was obvious he knew his work once he began.  He works with one other employee and both of them were diligent in starting and completing the work.  I built the original wall and it took me about 2 months, and it the end it was a work I would not ever do again by myself, considering the engineering required and the liftng of blocks. <br />"
