"Jose is an outstanding professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair, and completed the work without any issues. He is also easy to communicate with and punctual. This was our first time hiring him but we will now call anytime we have an appliance issue. Highly recommend!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Mr. Mark was prompt and neat and was able to address all my concerns while reinstalling my wired fire detectors. He is pleasant and calm and very customer friendly. Will definitely hire again."

Within a couple of hours they had repaired my oven backed to perfect working condition. I would definitely call them again if I need more work done and would definitely recommend them to friends."

"Brian came to the house and was professional and knowledgeable. When my built in Bosch freezer stopped working I was scared of what it would cost to repair or if it could be repaired. Brian found What was wrong ordered the parts and installed. When he received the parts by mail he came right over and finished. My freezer is better than ever ! Thank you Brian !"
