"He's my number one call when I need someone to fix anything. He's helped me with all my rental properties and wouldn't want anyone else."

"My door is ordered and I have been updated by the owner, Bart, throughout the process on the time frame. I am waiting on the door but was told upfront that it would take time to get. As with everything on my remodel, due to covid and manufacturing delays, I knew this was the case. I appreciate calling the Door Tech number and always being able to talk to someone. So customer service is the only thing I can comment on at this time but I am impressed. I will update this review after my door comes in. Stay tuned!"

"Garage conversion job. They did a wonderful job! Super nice guys."

"When we were having issues with our rentals plumbing, we reach out to Alex and he did not hesitate to come over and find out the issue. Knowing very well we could not do it ourselves, we hired him to get it done. Not only was he courteous and knowledgeable, he was able to fix our backing up problem swiftly. He is very professional, the work he provided fixed our issues in a timely manner and his rate was very resoanable. I highly recommend Cothren Plumbing and construction for any of your needs!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete.  I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

"Finally! We found a reliable contractor! The new deck, 10 ft x 20 ft, looks great. He used quality materials and I'm sure the composite decking and pressure-treated lumber will last a long time. Easy to communicate with and does what he says. We will definitely use him again."

"The quality of work was excellent and I like the customer service."

"My project has not been completed as of yet. But, over all the job is going well. DCDB is doing a good job."
