The service tech (Tim White) came out three days ago and addressed all of our issues promptly and to our satisfaction. This project was completed in about 1-1/2 months from contract signing to final touches. Aislin called yesterday to check on our satisfaction and reassured us that West Shore stands behind their products and workmanship."
