"This is a "Mom and Pop" business. Both came for the estimate. We got a written estimate; I reviewed it and agreed to hire them. Their estimate was reasonable and below another estimate. The work was done on the agreed upon days and completed on time. The grout was gleaned, repaired and the color changed as promised. The whole experience with these folks was very positive and would/will use them if we have another grout/tile issue. Highly recommend them."

"Great company to work with. Easy to reach, responsive, just great communication. Employees on time and polite, professional. My floors look brand new! I expected the grout to look new, but even the tiles look new. My floors look better than they have ever looked in the 26 years we've lived here. Sadrack returned the following day for small touch ups (that I would not have noticed) and to apply caulk around the toilets in two bathrooms. Above and beyond - pride in workmanship. I highly recommend Looney's."

"I'm over the moon! MORE than pleased- my bath room looks new again. I did the job myself about 8 yrs. ago and over time it had mildewed, turned dark in places. The mold I tried to chisel and regrout the worse it looked! I thought they would have to start fron scratch! My technition, Nick, was on time, polite, friendly- carried everthing he needed down to spotless clean up. I could NOT believe the difference and finished in couple hours. The price was very reasonable,Nick was great-very knowledgeable- I'll ask for him again!"

I have hands-on experience working on residential renovations and house-flipping projects with my family. My work includes painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, tile, kitchen and bathroom renovations, decks, doors, trim, demolition, and general home repairs. I focus on clean, detailed work, clear communication, and treating every home with care. I am available for both smaller repairs and larger residential improvement projects.

"Very friendly and responsive to my questions. The tiles and grout on our kitchen floor look great!"

"The Lionize Preservation services was excellent and their commutation skills were very professional. They recommended products for others applicants in my home. I sent before/after pictures of my shower to my neighbors, and the Neightbors requested Lionize Preservation POC to have their tile/shower clean."

"We were very pleased with the work On The Spot did cleaning our carpets and grout.   The 2 technicians arrived on time and asked questions as they were shown the areas to be cleaned.  As they worked they asked me to inspect  and make sure I was pleased.   When they finished they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave water or other messes from where the hoses ran.
I gave the company a B for responsiveness because  I had originally requested they get in touch with me through their web site and they never did.  I then called and had to wait several hours for a return call.   I had read the good reviews on Angie's List so did not give up.
I will use them again.

"Marble floor looked great after they removed slippage and restored. Friendly conscientious workers. Returned promptly to fix a small area that needed refinishing"

"I was overly satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. There were no problems or issues with the cleaning or the workers. I was aware that my location wasn't very close to them, therefore I admire the dedication that they gave to travel here and I applaud them for the outstanding job they did. It was overall an easy and smooth process and defintely plan on calling them for any cleanings I need in the future!!"

"I felt they did a fairly good job, just missed some details and seemed to rush through the cleaning. Two people came to clean and they did not stay for 3 hours... they were probably here for 2 hours total, so I feel like more time could have been spent to avoid missing some of the details. Examples of what was missed: - lamps were not dusted - wine bottles and wine shelves in a piece of furniture were missed (i did ask her to do them and she did) - a tile shelf in the bathroom was not cleaned and still had grime on it - missed dusting nightstands and dusting under the bed. They are VERY responsive! I sincerely appreciated the ability to communicate through email and she emailed back right away."
