We had a small wiring job (new breaker circuit and multiple outlets) to be quoted and Electrician Mike completed the job immediately following the estimate. HVAC Mike arrived shortly after and completed the overdue checkup on our furnace. He even cleaned the filter on our dehumidifier -- I didn't even know it had one, lol! We will be doing a remodel on our main floor soon and will have Cardinal out to do the electrical, plumbing and gas for the job. "I called because my outdoor outlet stopped working. When the technician came, his obvious first move was to check whether the safety switch (a little button next to the outlet) had been triggered. It had, and there was nothing to be done besides reset it. When I messaged the person who was in charge that day that I wished I had known, he said there were other things it could have been. But on Christmas Eve, in the spirit, he might have suggested an old lady try first just pushing the button herself. He gave me a discount when I said I wished I had known."
