"Joshua Jackson of J & Junior Plumbing was truly very good: professional, transparent, communicative, responsive to texts and calls. Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood)."
